Returns & Refunds

We must adhere to health regulations when accepting returned goods, hence we strongly advise all of our customers to be sure of their selections before placing an order with us.

We are unable to refund or return any products which do not meet your expectations or which are simply not wanted due to 'Change of Mind’.

Sadly, we cannot guarantee that our items will please everyone; every body is different as is their pleasure preference.

We will only replace items which are found to be faulty.

Due to the personal nature of our products, an “exchange service” is not available. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a refund/online credit. The defective product must e returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

Please retain your product packaging for the duration on the warranty period, as returns can be processed much more efficiently when the original packaging is included!

Customers may be required to pay the cost of return postage.
